Cancellation & Refund Policy At Glamglow, we want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns: We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your jewellery must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 working days.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
